- The initial meeting at your home will be to gather information from yourselves on what your requirements for the garden are.
- The next stage is for a site survey and analysis of the garden, this will include taking measurements and photographs. It might be necessary for larger projects to get a professional surveyor in.
- I will then craft a Master Plan of the design. A copy of this is given to the Landscaper to enable them to draw up a quote and to eventually work from.
- Drawings are then produced which will help you to visualise the end product. The number of drawings made depends on the size and complexity of the design.
- The next step is a Planting Plan, this marks the position and type of plant. In some cases, where the design is small and simple the plant information will be indicated on the Master Plan.
- When design quotes and dates have been confirmed, the landscaper and I will meet on site to mark out the design.
- I will then carry out site visits and oversee the project as it progresses.
- The following phase is to source plants and for them to be planted.
- If required a Plant Maintenance Guide can be produced.
